Family Law

Often when dealing with emotional and heated disputes, it takes an individual with strong interpersonal skills to help bring the conflict to a reasonable and fair resolution. We not only have legal expertise, but also have extensive communication, cultural competency, and dispute resolution training to help to bring your case to a reasonable and timely conclusion. The professionals at Hines Legal Professional Corporation understand that in cases where children are involved, parties often have to work together to co-parent after the legal case has completed. Therefore, we are committed to working in a collaborative manner that reduces conflict and unnecessary expenses in cases where this is appropriate. We hope that this collaborative process will allow families to work together to co-parent despite a breakdown in the relationship. However, we understand that not all cases can be resolved in a collaborative manner, and therefore, litigation may be necessary. Whatever strategy your case requires, the professionals at Hines Legal Professional Corporation are equipped to assist you.
