We offer legal representation in family law and wills & estates cases. We tailor our legal strategy and advocacy approach to align with your specific needs and objectives. While we prioritize collaboration and cooperation to achieve sustainable and cost-effective outcomes, we recognize that litigation may sometimes be necessary. When it is, we advocate with integrity, determination, and professionalism.
Family Law Mediation

Mediation allows parties access to a neutral third party who can help individuals identify the issues in dispute, explore areas of agreement, and work toward a mutually acceptable resolution. The process is flexible and can be customized to suit the specific needs of your family law matter, free from the formalities and expense of the court system.
Domestic Contracts

Domestic contracts are legally binding agreements made between individuals regarding their rights and obligations within a domestic relationship. These contracts can cover various topics, including property division, support, and parenting arrangements and they can take the form of Marriage Contracts (often referred to as a "prenup"), Cohabitation Agreements or Separation Agreements. The lawyers at Hines Legal can assist you with these contracts, as well as any financial disclosure issues, negotiation, and mediation of these contracts.
Legal Coaching

Legal coaching entails a lawyer providing guidance and support to a client who is representing themselves in a legal matter, rather than taking over the case entirely. It's a form of "unbundled" legal services, where the client retains control and responsibility for their case while the lawyer acts as a coach, offering advice, strategy, and preparation services. This is a great option for people who struggle to afford the legal fees associated with hiring a lawyer to represent them on all aspects of their case.
Probate

Probate is the legal process by which the court validates a will and grants authority to an executor to administer the deceased's estate. It involves confirming the will's validity an Estate Administration Tax based on the estate's value. You may also wish to apply for authority to administer an estate of a person who died without a will. Whether your case involves a will or not, the lawyers at Hines Legal can help you navigate the process.
